*What's the MOQ and lead time?
1.We don't have strict MOQ, samples or trial order is available anytime. OEM is 1000pcs, we are negotiable with you.
2.Our sample lead time 2-3days, our production lead time is 10-15days, also based on the order quantity.
*How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Battery life depends on the GPS upload frequency and usage habits. Under standard settings (e.g., 1-hour upload interval), the device typically supports 2-3 days of standby time. To help manage power, the App sends a Low Battery Alert when the power drops below 20%, allowing caregivers to remind the user to use the magnetic charging cable in time.
*How is the user's location and health data protected?
We take data privacy seriously. All personal information and tracking data are encrypted and stored on the AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud server, which complies with international security standards. The Beesure GPS platform ensures that only authorized accounts (family members or caregivers) can access the device's information, providing peace of mind regarding data sovereignty.
*What is the sequence of the SOS emergency call?
When the SOS button is pressed for 3 seconds, the device will automatically dial the 3 pre-set emergency contacts in a loop until the call is answered. Simultaneously, an instant alert notification with the current location is pushed to the App. This multi-channel alert system ensures that the emergency signal is seen and heard as quickly as possible.
