If you have your own server platform and your own APP, we are OK to offer the server protocol for your configuration with your own server and your own APP software.

1. Does the watch require a SIM card to work?
Yes, to enjoy features like two-way calling, video chat, and real-time GPS tracking, you need to insert a Nano-SIM card with an active 4G data plan. 

2. How does the SOS emergency feature work?
In an emergency, your child can long-press the SOS button for 3 seconds. The watch will automatically call the pre-set emergency contacts in 2 rounds until someone answers the call and will simultaneously send a sos emergency push notification to the parents' Beesure GPS app.

3. Can I track my child's location when they are indoors?
Yes. The watch uses a triple positioning system (GPS + Wi-Fi + LBS). While GPS is most accurate outdoors, the watch automatically switches to Wi-Fi or Cell Tower (LBS) positioning when indoors to provide the best possible location estimate.

4. Is the watch safe from strangers calling my child?
Absolutely. Through the mobile app, you can enable the "Reject unknow call." This feature ensures that only contacts saved in the "Contacts" can call the watch. All unknown or unauthorized numbers will be automatically blocked.

5. How long does the battery typically last?
With its power-saving chipset, the battery generally lasts 3-4 days under normal use. Battery life can vary depending on how frequently the GPS location updates. We recommend charging the watch nightly to ensure it's ready for school the next morning.

6. Will the watch distract my child during school hours?
Not at all. Parents can set "Class Mode" time slots via the Beesure GPS app. During these periods, the watch's screen and calling functions are locked, and it acts as a regular silent watch. Only the SOS function remains active for emergencies.
